Maybe first half Akashic Records, second half Angels(and how they can assist us in the Work).

Affirmations for Friends
Friendships can be our most enduring and important relationships. We can live without lovers or spouses. We can live without our primary families. But most of us cannot live happily without friends. I believe that we choose our parents before we're born into this planet, but we choose our friends on a more conscious level.
EXERCISE: Your Friendships
Write down the following affirmation three times, then answer the questions that follow.
"I am willing to release any pattern within me that creates troubled friendships."
What were your first childhood friendships like?
How are your friendships today like those childhood friendships?
What did you learn about friendship from your parents?
What kinds of friends did your parents have?
What kinds of friends would you like to have in the future? Be specific.
EXERCISE: Self-Worth and Friendship
Let's examine your self-worth in the area of friendship. Answer each of the following questions below. Then, write a positive affirmation (in the present tense) to replace the old belief.
Do I feel worthy of having good friends?
Sample Answer: No. Why would anyone want to be around me?
Sample Affirmation: I love and accept myself, and I am a magnet for friends.
What do I fear most about having close friends?
Sample Answer: I am afraid of betrayal. I don't feel that I can trust anyone.
Sample Affirmation: I trust myself, I trust life, and I trust my friends.
What am I "getting" from this belief?
Sample Answer: I get to be judgmental. I wait for my friends to make one false move so that I can show them that they're wrong.
Sample Affirmation: All of my friendships are successful. I am a loving and nurturing friend.
What do I fear will happen if I let go of this belief?
Sample Answer: I'll lose control. I'd have to let people really get to know me.
Sample Affirmation: Loving others is easy when I love and accept myself.
If we're all responsible for the events in our lives, then there's no one to blame. Whatever is happening "out there" is only a reflection of our own inner thinking.
EXERCISE: Thinking about Your Friends
Think of three events in your life where you feel you were mistreated or abused by friends. Perhaps a friend betrayed a confidence or abandoned you in a time of need. Maybe this person interfered with a spouse or mate. In each case, name the event, and write down the thoughts you had at the time that preceded each event.
Sample Event: When I was 16 years old, my best friend Susie turned on me and started to spread vicious rumors. When I tried to confront her, she lied to me. I was friendless my entire senior year.
Sample Thoughts: I did not deserve friends. I was drawn to my friend Susie because she was cold and judgmental. I was used to being judged and criticized.
EXERCISE: The Support of Your Friends
Now, think of three times in your life when you were supported by friends. Perhaps a good friend stood up for you or gave you money when you needed it. Maybe this person helped you resolve a difficult situation. In each case, name the event, and write down the thoughts you had at the time that preceded each event.
Sample Event: I'll always remember Helen. When people at my first job were making fun of me because I said something stupid at a meeting, Helen stood up for me. She helped me through my embarrassment and saved my job.
My Deepest Thoughts Were: Even if I make a mistake, someone will always help me. I deserve to be supported. Women support me.
Affirmations
My friends don't support me.
My friends are loving and supportive.
Everyone is so judgmental.
As I release all criticism, judgmental people leave my life.
Nobody sees it my way.
I am open and receptive to all points of view.
My boundaries are not respected.
I respect others, and they respect me.
I can't keep friends for too long.
My love and acceptance of others creates lasting friendships.
I can't let my friends really know me.
It is safe for me to be open.
I give my friends advice for their own good.
I leave my friends alone. We both have total freedom to be ourselves.
Friendship Treatment
I am one with Life, and all of Life loves and supports me. Therefore, I claim for myself a joyous, loving circle of friends. We all have such good times individually and together. I am not my parents nor their relationships. I am my own unique self; and I choose to only allow supportive, nurturing people in my world. Wherever I go I am greeted with warmth and friendliness. I deserve the best friends, and I allow my life to be filled with love and joy. This is the truth of my being, and I accept it as so. All is well in my friendly world.

Angels are there to nourish our being,

A hundred years ago almost everyone believed in god .
Every nation had form of religious belief that was part of it's culture.
Now most countries are know polititcally as secular societies.
Yet human beings require nurturing of mind, body and spirit.
People are hungry to fulfil a yearning to be complete.
The angels can help us, Truely ecumenical, angles act as a link between God and us , as messengers, conveying our thoughts and prayers to the source. On the returning impulse of loving energy they prompt and guide us in our thoughts and dreams .

The Dark Arts festival.
It will be held at the club Area 51 in Salt lake.
I'm not quite sure of the times just yet, as they haven't posted much else than the dates just yet, but as time goes on I would be happy to put up all the information I have. So far all I know is that it will be June 11-13, they'll have many things happening through these days, such as belly dancing (my personal favorite), misc bands, art galleries, shows and such.

Affirmations for Friends
Friendships can be our most enduring and important relationships. We can live without lovers or spouses. We can live without our primary families. But most of us cannot live happily without friends. I believe that we choose our parents before we're born into this planet, but we choose our friends on a more conscious level.
EXERCISE: Your Friendships
Write down the following affirmation three times, then answer the questions that follow.
"I am willing to release any pattern within me that creates troubled friendships."
What were your first childhood friendships like?
How are your friendships today like those childhood friendships?
What did you learn about friendship from your parents?
What kinds of friends did your parents have?
What kinds of friends would you like to have in the future? Be specific.
EXERCISE: Self-Worth and Friendship
Let's examine your self-worth in the area of friendship. Answer each of the following questions below. Then, write a positive affirmation (in the present tense) to replace the old belief.
Do I feel worthy of having good friends?
Sample Answer: No. Why would anyone want to be around me?
Sample Affirmation: I love and accept myself, and I am a magnet for friends.
What do I fear most about having close friends?
Sample Answer: I am afraid of betrayal. I don't feel that I can trust anyone.
Sample Affirmation: I trust myself, I trust life, and I trust my friends.
What am I "getting" from this belief?
Sample Answer: I get to be judgmental. I wait for my friends to make one false move so that I can show them that they're wrong.
Sample Affirmation: All of my friendships are successful. I am a loving and nurturing friend.
What do I fear will happen if I let go of this belief?
Sample Answer: I'll lose control. I'd have to let people really get to know me.
Sample Affirmation: Loving others is easy when I love and accept myself.
If we're all responsible for the events in our lives, then there's no one to blame. Whatever is happening "out there" is only a reflection of our own inner thinking.
EXERCISE: Thinking about Your Friends
Think of three events in your life where you feel you were mistreated or abused by friends. Perhaps a friend betrayed a confidence or abandoned you in a time of need. Maybe this person interfered with a spouse or mate. In each case, name the event, and write down the thoughts you had at the time that preceded each event.
Sample Event: When I was 16 years old, my best friend Susie turned on me and started to spread vicious rumors. When I tried to confront her, she lied to me. I was friendless my entire senior year.
Sample Thoughts: I did not deserve friends. I was drawn to my friend Susie because she was cold and judgmental. I was used to being judged and criticized.
EXERCISE: The Support of Your Friends
Now, think of three times in your life when you were supported by friends. Perhaps a good friend stood up for you or gave you money when you needed it. Maybe this person helped you resolve a difficult situation. In each case, name the event, and write down the thoughts you had at the time that preceded each event.
Sample Event: I'll always remember Helen. When people at my first job were making fun of me because I said something stupid at a meeting, Helen stood up for me. She helped me through my embarrassment and saved my job.
My Deepest Thoughts Were: Even if I make a mistake, someone will always help me. I deserve to be supported. Women support me.
Affirmations
My friends don't support me.
My friends are loving and supportive.
Everyone is so judgmental.
As I release all criticism, judgmental people leave my life.
Nobody sees it my way.
I am open and receptive to all points of view.
My boundaries are not respected.
I respect others, and they respect me.
I can't keep friends for too long.
My love and acceptance of others creates lasting friendships.
I can't let my friends really know me.
It is safe for me to be open.
I give my friends advice for their own good.
I leave my friends alone. We both have total freedom to be ourselves.
Friendship Treatment
I am one with Life, and all of Life loves and supports me. Therefore, I claim for myself a joyous, loving circle of friends. We all have such good times individually and together. I am not my parents nor their relationships. I am my own unique self; and I choose to only allow supportive, nurturing people in my world. Wherever I go I am greeted with warmth and friendliness. I deserve the best friends, and I allow my life to be filled with love and joy. This is the truth of my being, and I accept it as so. All is well in my friendly world.

Just wanted to check in and say hi. Welcome new members and to the old members, I am so glad you are still with us. I work hard on trying to post messages to help us grow on our path. I have posted great songs, messages about vibrational frequencies, meditation, yoga, different paths, and so much more. I am hoping to create a group where like minded wise people can come together. So far all I know is that it will be June 11-13, they'll have many things happening through these days, such as belly dancing (my personal favorite), misc bands, art galleries, shows and such.

You can go to Wal-Mart and pick up the cards for 3 bucks and print them off at home. This is important because I promise you they will ask for your card. These are your new clients!!
Also, I was informed The Crystal Ray is asking us to pay 10% of what we make to give back to the store for holding the space for the fair. So just keep a total of what you make, and at the end give back 10%. Let me know if you have any questions about this or anything else. Hello Dear Ones,
I often ask people to look into their own eyes and say something positive about themselves every time they pass a mirror. These positive statements are affirmations. Are you willing to change your self-talk into positive affirmations?
A lot of what we normally say and think is quite negative and doesn't create good experiences for us. Notice the way that lonely, unhappy, poor, sick people talk. What words do they use? What have they accepted as the truth for themselves?
We have to retrain our thinking and speaking into positive patterns if we want to change our lives. That's why I'm so pleased to introduce you to my new book, Experience Your Good Now! I love this book because it's all about affirmations and how you can use them in your own life.
Do you always begin a conversation with a complaint? Do you realize that every complaint is an affirmation of something you think you don't want in your life? Every time you get angry, you're affirming that you want more anger in your life. Every time you feel like a victim, you're affirming that you want to continue to feel like a victim. If you feel that Life isn't giving you what you want in your world, then it's certain that you will never have the goodies that Life gives to others.
Positive affirmations are solutions that will replace whatever problem you might have. By repeating these affirmations over and over, you'll be planting new seeds in the fertile soil of your subconscious mind, and they'll become true for you.

at home, since we will be in the watershed area of Big
Cottonwood Canyon.
We have several group and single family sites reserved in this
gorgeous high pine and aspen forest, so please RSVP today so
we can make sure we have enough sites for everyone. There

We will also be holding our Annual meeting during this campout,
but you don't have to spend the night to attend the meeting.

We're getting close to the Season 9 Finale (and what a finale it will be!). Subject: Angel Reassurance
Angels are not tied to our three-dimensional reality. They have no concept of time and space , moving freely between our world and theirs.
An angel's movement is as quick as a thought. The great Archangels can be in several placesat any given time . Don't be afraid that your personal dilema is too insignifcant to lay before an archangel, or that you will not be heard .
There are major catastrophies in the world and these need great shifts of understanding and the human intervention.
These are overseen by Archangels at every given point moment, but so are you.
The achangels can do both. The energetic loving energy they emit is beyond our human understanding.
A true request , is for the right reasons, is never to simple nor too small to be heard by the angels. You are loved and important .
Never forget that .

To whom it may concern,
I am writing with my extreme concern regarding the current hunger strike by Liam
Hannaway, a political prisoner in Glen House at Maghaberry Prison.
As of this writing, Liam Hannaway has been on hunger strike over one month, and
his health is gravely deteriorating. Thirty days without food is a critical
stage at which he may die at any time, and I appeal to sense to have this man's
quite reasonable demands met.
Liam has repeatedly petitioned to be housed on the republican landing at Roe
House. Officials at Maghaberry prison have denied this request, under the
pretext that there is a `death threat' against him by the republican movement.
No substantiation to this claim has been found by his family in the outside, and
the republican prisoners have said they will welcome Liam "with open arms".
Liam has repeatedly requested his right to sign a waiver that would legally
absolve Maghaberry Prison of any culpability or claim by the courts should this
`death threat' manifest itself after Liam's return to Roe House. He has been
refused this right to a waiver, despite the fact that another republican
prisoner Gary Donnelly, who similarly had an alleged `death threat' against him,
was allowed to sign this waiver after three days in SSU and was returned to Roe
House.
I understand that on Friday May 7, Liam signed an advance medical directive
stating that should he fall into a coma or become incapacitated during his
hunger strike, not to revive him.
I find it quite disturbing that while Liam is allowed to sign away his own life
in an advance medical directive pertaining to his hunger strike, the government
of Maghaberry Prison refuse to allow him his right to sign a waiver absolving
the prison of any legal culpability; which would permit him his wishes to be
housed on the republican landing at Roe House.
I respectfully and urgently demand that Liam be seen by an outside medical
doctor, which is his right, and not a prison medic; that he be immediately
allowed to sign the prison waiver regarding the alleged `death threat'; and that
steps be taken to move him as soon as possible into Roe House with the
republican prisoners – who have stated they will welcome him `with open arms'.

I'm sorrry that you were the only one at the coffee brew today. I've got my family visiting from NC. They got in last nt at about 2am. And they could not wait another minute to see their grandchildren. Also, our good friend was ordained as a Unity minister today and him and his family have been dear friends of ours as long as we've been living in UT. So, this am we got the whole clan up and gussied up and attended this very important ceremony. It was very lovely and we were blessed to have been there.
I cant wait to hear your ideas on Litha. Tuatha tribe is a little uncertain about the date for the drum circle. It sounds like we may not know until up until the date is closer. I wont be able to attend if it is on the 22nd because that is the date that we have planned for Mikey and Caleb to have a big graduation party. But, if I hear of anything I will post it right away.

You can go to Wal-Mart and pick up the cards for 3 bucks and print them off at home. This is important because I promise you they will ask for your card. These are your new clients!!
Also, I was informed The Crystal Ray is asking us to pay 10% of what we make to give back to the store for holding the space for the fair. So just keep a total of what you make, and at the end give back 10%. Let me know if you have any questions about this or anything else. Hello Dear Ones,
I often ask people to look into their own eyes and say something positive about themselves every time they pass a mirror. These positive statements are affirmations. Are you willing to change your self-talk into positive affirmations?
A lot of what we normally say and think is quite negative and doesn't create good experiences for us. Notice the way that lonely, unhappy, poor, sick people talk. What words do they use? What have they accepted as the truth for themselves?
We have to retrain our thinking and speaking into positive patterns if we want to change our lives. That's why I'm so pleased to introduce you to my new book, Experience Your Good Now! I love this book because it's all about affirmations and how you can use them in your own life.
Do you always begin a conversation with a complaint? Do you realize that every complaint is an affirmation of something you think you don't want in your life? Every time you get angry, you're affirming that you want more anger in your life. Every time you feel like a victim, you're affirming that you want to continue to feel like a victim. If you feel that Life isn't giving you what you want in your world, then it's certain that you will never have the goodies that Life gives to others.
Positive affirmations are solutions that will replace whatever problem you might have. By repeating these affirmations over and over, you'll be planting new seeds in the fertile soil of your subconscious mind, and they'll become true for you.

Cottonwood Canyon.
We have several group and single family sites reserved in this
gorgeous high pine and aspen forest, so please RSVP today so
we can make sure we have enough sites for everyone. There
is a per-night fee for each family group, please contact us for details.
We will also be holding our Annual meeting during this campout,
but you don't have to spend the night to attend the meeting.
The Annual meeting will be held on Saturday the 31st at 4 pm at the main campsite, with a potluck dinner to follow.

American Idol
We're getting close to the Season 9 Finale (and what a finale it will be!). Subject: Angel Reassurance
Angels are not tied to our three-dimensional reality. They have no concept of time and space , moving freely between our world and theirs.
An angel's movement is as quick as a thought. The great Archangels can be in several placesat any given time . Don't be afraid that your personal dilema is too insignifcant to lay before an archangel, or that you will not be heard .
There are major catastrophies in the world and these need great shifts of understanding and the human intervention.
These are overseen by Archangels at every given point moment, but so are you.
The achangels can do both. The energetic loving energy they emit is beyond our human understanding.
A true request , is for the right reasons, is never to simple nor too small to be heard by the angels. You are loved and important .
Never forget that .

of medical care and has signed a medical directive stating not to revive him
should he fall into a coma.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing with my extreme concern regarding the current hunger strike by Liam
Hannaway, a political prisoner in Glen House at Maghaberry Prison.
As of this writing, Liam Hannaway has been on hunger strike over one month, and
his health is gravely deteriorating. Thirty days without food is a critical
stage at which he may die at any time, and I appeal to sense to have this man's
quite reasonable demands met.
Liam has repeatedly petitioned to be housed on the republican landing at Roe
House. Officials at Maghaberry prison have denied this request, under the
pretext that there is a `death threat' against him by the republican movement.
No substantiation to this claim has been found by his family in the outside, and
the republican prisoners have said they will welcome Liam "with open arms".
Liam has repeatedly requested his right to sign a waiver that would legally
absolve Maghaberry Prison of any culpability or claim by the courts should this
`death threat' manifest itself after Liam's return to Roe House. He has been
refused this right to a waiver, despite the fact that another republican
prisoner Gary Donnelly, who similarly had an alleged `death threat' against him,
was allowed to sign this waiver after three days in SSU and was returned to Roe
House.
I understand that on Friday May 7, Liam signed an advance medical directive
stating that should he fall into a coma or become incapacitated during his
hunger strike, not to revive him.
I find it quite disturbing that while Liam is allowed to sign away his own life
in an advance medical directive pertaining to his hunger strike, the government
of Maghaberry Prison refuse to allow him his right to sign a waiver absolving
the prison of any legal culpability; which would permit him his wishes to be
housed on the republican landing at Roe House.
I respectfully and urgently demand that Liam be seen by an outside medical
doctor, which is his right, and not a prison medic; that he be immediately
allowed to sign the prison waiver regarding the alleged `death threat'; and that
steps be taken to move him as soon as possible into Roe House with the
republican prisoners – who have stated they will welcome him `with open arms'.
The favor of a reply is requested.

An Angel's Kindness is an act of worship.
There are said to be nine choirs or Angels.
Archangels represent the different aspects of the nature of God while at the same time adoring the creator .
At the top the hierarchy are the seraphim who spend all their time singing glory to God . Divine loving energy casades through the tiers of Angel down to those who are closer to us .
Those angels at the lower end of mthe hierarchy are also working through , with and in honour of Divine love
Everything they do for us is an act of worship . As this continuing, circulating angelic energy passes down to us is worship , so too is every kindness that we perform on impulse without exepecting a reward, given unconditionally and truly from the heart .

as are week end come to an slowley come to and end , many wonderful things have been happing all around us with simple things we take for granted the weather changing from sunshine to rain ,
leaving some of us feeling a little out of sorts , but have no worrys as these trying times come upon us , there are many different reason's for this , the universe just simple saying take time out to re-charge your batteries , also simpley time to stop , step out of your zone and look back into to see where things can be put right , or just simply you yeah you telling you to take time out , run that hot bath , light those candles , play that soft music , climb in sit back and enjoy , as this is your time ,
so how every hectic or calming your week end has been just reward your self , with a little treat , as say to your self that was to bad after all, enjoy the rest of your day spiritual brothers and sisters , hoping the rest of your day is filled with much kindness , and many angelic blessing's , love and light ,

I'm sorrry that you were the only one at the coffee brew today. I've got my family visiting from NC. They got in last nt at about 2am. And they could not wait another minute to see their grandchildren. Also, our good friend was ordained as a Unity minister today and him and his family have been dear friends of ours as long as we've been living in UT. So, this am we got the whole clan up and gussied up and attended this very important ceremony. It was very lovely and we were blessed to have been there.
I cant wait to hear your ideas on Litha. Tuatha tribe is a little uncertain about the date for the drum circle. It sounds like we may not know until up until the date is closer. I wont be able to attend if it is on the 22nd because that is the date that we have planned for Mikey and Caleb to have a big graduation party. But, if I hear of anything I will post it right away.
