Alright folks, it is time to begin thinking about Midsummer. For this festival to be successful we will need volunteers and people who are willing to help out and make this a truly awesome festival. Any small help would be appreciated. I am asking for volunteers who would like to teach classes or any other activities/crafts etc. and I am asking for help from those who would like to help with the Midsummer ritual, men and woman who would like to represent/guise a certain aspect of the God, the male principal of divinity. I would love to get deities, especially those of a healing nature from many different pantheons. If you are interested please email me. Also, if you have any ideas please let me know. I want to make this a truly community based festival and I want people's voices to be heard.
Thanks ,
Blessed be!

Subject: Angelic Guidance.
Share your secert dreams with the Angels,
watch as they all come true .
it is said the angels already know the higher plan for our lives.
They sense our hopes and dreams, but cannot interfere with our human choices. This would be interfering with the laws of Karma.
We are given circumstances where choiiecs can be made , But as humans we often make this difficult for ourselves.
When petitioning the angels remember that intention and intrepratation are important. Angels are not like a 'gene of the lamp'.
They don't fulfil your desire. But wherever possible, and if your wish is for the highest possible good of all concerned, it is likely that you will have a favourable outcome.

Subject: Quick Update
Alumni -
I know this is new - I never message you, but I just wanted to let you know (if you haven't figured it out for yourself already), that there is a new website for the campus up and they happen to have a feature for Alumni.
The "ALUMNI DIRECTORY" allows past students to register themselves, adding contact information if they like. This is a pretty great feature for the site. I linked it on the "info" page for you.
The benefits would be ample if a lot of people decided to add themselves to the directory. It allows you to contact people you may have lost touch with who are not on Facebook (or whatever the case). I hope you can all spread this new feature by word of mouth also, so that others may become informed about it.
So check it out.

Hello All,
I wanted to post this before I forget.
I visited Carin and Ihaan, our pagan breathren in Cedar, members of the Tuatha de Dannon tribe, who extended an invitation to the Supa group for a campout drum circle that will be held May 22nd in the Parawan Canyon. For this event they have a huge number of participating drummers and 2 belly dancing troops committed to the event. Ihaan as "Gothie" of the Tuatha tribe and Carin have been invited to perform the spiritual ceremony for this energy raising event.
Whoever gets to go to this event is in for recieving incredible blessings of love and friendship not to mention probably more fun than is prudently permisseable.
I'm trying to get Carin to post directions, but if she does not as soon as I get the info I'll pass it on to you. Keep checking for details.
Blessed Be,
Bell

Hello All,
This past weekend we had our Southern Utah Pagan Alliance Beltaine Celebration at the home of Twilight in Hurricane, UT. Twilights home is an historic beautiful turn of the century home with a lushious yard. Even though our celebration was very near the center of town there was plenty of beautiful new blooms and greenery to admire.
Twilight, Asheley(new to the group), and I were the only attendees for a good long while. Twilight and I set up the Maypole, and bricked the fire pit, and then we made flower crowns and greenman masks and had conversation until about 7pm. During this time many friends of Twilight came and went and participated in the crafting. It was really good to see one other familiar face "pagandarwin"(Scott) of course our good friend pulled up in his law enforcement-type vehicle and for a second we thought that the neighbors had gotten preturbed(we had just started the fire) but then I realized that poor pagandarwin was on duty, uniform and all(lookin sharp though-thanks for taking such a nice pic of me, i'll try and post that). About 7pm Twilights boyfriend(supersweet) joined us. Twilights friends Asheley and her husband and Allie (all new to the supa group) joined us to perform the Maypole dance, which was a lot of fun. After that we toke our favorite quarters and called the energies of the directions to join us. We formed a lovely friendly circle and danced and I especially enjoyed shaking my shaker. We all moved to the center to recognize the 5th element of spirit. We felt the presence of the God and Goddess and I was very greatful to have participated in the very first Maypole erected and danced in downtown Hurricane that I know of. It felt very Historical to me and we were all blessed to be in the company of others that understood and participated in our desire to create such an event.
When the circle was taken down and all elements released the group disbanded fairly quickly after that. We had all had a full day. I slept there in my popup tent trailer and was very comfortable.
Even though I will always prefer to be more out in nature for the celebrations that we host, especially those that occur in the warmer months, I thoroughly enjoyed our Beltaine celebration. Twilight is a youthful, gracious hostess and I appreciate her opening up her home and her time to be hostess. I might add that Twilight is currently in her 1st trimester of pregnancy and even though she is constantly in a state of nausea, this did not deter her from her commitment as a hostess. I Thank you Twilight for all the love and work that you put into our Beltaine celebration for 2010. My only regret was that a lot of our other members(who I missed) had other commitments that pulled them away from joining us this year. But, never fear the wheel is always turning and we will see you all soon at the next Brew and most hopefully at out next celebration.
Blessed Be,
Bell

We’ve wrapped up
the first season of
Who Do You
Think You Are?
But you can still watch episodes, extras and more on NBC.com
and discover your own family story on Ancestry.com.
We’re glad to have partnered with NBC to bring you seven exciting episodes in the first season of Who Do You Think You Are? We hope you enjoyed the stories and were able to use the research methods in the show to make some discoveries of your own. We’re also happy to share that Who Do You Think You Are? has been renewed for another season. Look out for more details in the months to come.
You can view all seven episodes online any time. You can also see bonus scenes, episode recaps and more extras on NBC.com.
Here's a quick summary of each episode:
Sarah Jessica Parker
Sarah Jessica used the
1850 U.S. Census to
track down an ancestor
who left Ohio seeking
his fortune in
California’s Gold Rush.
She also found out about a relation
accused of witchcraft during the
Salem Witch Trials.
Emmitt Smith
Emmitt learned about
his slave ancestry in
Alabama with help
from the 1900 U.S.
Census. And he was
able to discover his
family’s early origins on the coast of
Africa with the help of a DNA test.
Lisa Kudrow
Lisa traveled to the
homeland of her Jewish
ancestors to learn the
heartbreaking truth
about what happened
there during the
Holocaust. Before heading home, she
was able to use passenger lists and
phonebooks to track down a living
relative her family thought they’d lost
more than 60 years ago.
Matthew Broderick
Matthew found out the
grandfather he’d
known as simply “Joe
the Postman” was a
decorated World War I
veteran. Then he
discovered that his great–great–
grandfather was missing from the 1870
U.S. Census, a clue that helped Matthew
trace him to records from the Civil War.
Brooke Shields
Brooke used vital
records to learn about
some of the hardships
her maternal
grandmother faced in
early life. Then she
traveled to Europe on the trail of her
father’s family tree, only to find an
incredible tale of rags to riches and a
connection to generations of royalty.
Susan Sarandon
Susan went searching
for the grandmother
she’d never met and
yet had always felt
connected with. Using
historical photos,
newspapers and savvy research
strategies, she discovered the story of
a colorful character who faced many
obstacles in early life but ultimately
found happiness in her later years.
Spike Lee
Spike traveled to Georgia to learn about formerly enslaved ancestors on his mother’s side of the family. He found answers in U.S. Census records, 1850 and 1860 slave schedules and other resources. He even met a descendant of his family’s former slave owner, a woman who is likely his distant cousin.
