I want to share a "spell" I was taught from about the time I could talk! If you've noticed in a previous post I said my first spell was at about 11, my sweeping spell. (wink*) but reading everyone's posts, and listening to those little pieces of each one of your souls, because that's what I believe they are, I realized what I had really thought of as just I "thing" did with my great grandmother, and then great grandfather after she died was a spell indeed. It's simple but the way the words were lovingly instilled in me I hope can bring some of you peace in a moment or a day when you just don't feel so strong...
You'll need a pink or blue taper candle.( if you don't have one a simple tea light will do.)
This is done at night, when it's dark. My grandfather said the dark was less distracting than the day.
QUIET! Unplug your phones, NO televisions ect... As quiet as you can get in your household.
A proper candle holder for the candle you are using.
Ground and venter yourself, kneel down in front of the candle.
Close your eyes breathe in and out until your breathing is deep and even.
And in your minds eye starting at the top of your head just notice the top of your head, your hair, your face, your eyes and so on until you get to the bottom of your feet. The only hitch here is keep doing this until NO JUDGEMENTAL statements pop in your head as your going along, such as when you come to your eyes just notice them, if when you get to your eyes, ahhh I hate my eyes, or I wish I had blue eyes or I hate eyelashes comes up... Start back to the beginning. When you are finished say these words.
I am grateful from my being for the matter that is me
I know peace from the inside to the mother all around me.
There is not one thing that burdens me.
There is no movement in hate
There is no movement in harm
There is no movement in sadness
There is no movement in my grief
There is no movement in judgement
There is no movement in greed
There is no movement in insult
There is movement in me.
So mote it be.
This was handed down generation to generation in my family and is in Latin, but I translated it this evening. I hope that after what was shared in the last couple of posts,that we recognized that many of us in our WP family, me included need to make that effort to enjoy being is us. I hope this helps ~Mary~

"Macha appeals to the king and the crowd to let her deliver her babies before she runs, appealing to them saying “A mother bore each one of you”. Even though nine months pregnant, Macha was forced to run, and she warned that she would curse Ulster for what they were doing to her. She won, but died giving birth to twins." d'Este & Rankine, Guises of the Morrigan, 2005

I am truly overwhelmed by the response to one picture and one question. I thank everyone truly for their kind words, THANK YOU. On the other side of the coin I'm hurt and saddened that in nearly 300 comments, nearly EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU hates your picture being taken, nearly every single one of you female and male doesn't see in the picture being taken any beauty in themselves and (like me) makes a mad dash for the nearest tree??? That to me screams that we need to sit up and take notice that there's a serious problem that is hitting closer to home than the latest "Dove" self esteem commercial playing on the nearest television set! We all know the theory of if we can't love ourselves we can't love somebody else, it's not possible, and yet in reading through the comments I have NO doubt each and everyone of you loves your children your spouse, your sibling or your best friend with all that is in you to give. Out of all those comments there were only a few that ran along the lines of "...if you don't like your picture being taken, why post it?" Or "... Are you looking for reassurance?" I want to answer them because I think it's important! Why? Well firstly and VERY honestly, there is not one vain bone in my body. I was only wanting to know how many people in our family here share my feelings on having their picture taken. Even more importantly though I have four children, three girls aged 17, 15 and 14. My youngest is 6 and a boy! Having three teen girls, and one being diagnosed with cancer you bet your arse I'm going to ask a question if at all the answer will give them more freedom, happiness, and truth in being themselves and how they relate to their bodies as young women. We are ALL beautiful, we are ALL different, we come in many shapes and sizes, and what hit me like a brick is more than just me by alot aren't seeing what others do, and the results can be devastating. So I've decided to make a difference to try and change that... I'm not clear on how, but I'm doing it, because it truly hurts me as person that anyone feels as I do that they should head for the hills when a camera comes out instead of being comfortable in who they are and smiling and enjoying the moment. So I hope when I decide what the best way to attack this is, that you'll join me in trying to stop this from being the way our daughters, sisters, brothers, wives, friends and most importantly ourselves feel about this issue.~Mary~
Wicca Magical Beginnings by d'Este and Rankine examines the history and origins of the rituals and other practices found in the Book of Shadows of Gerald Gardner and other traditions of modern initiatory Pagan Witchcraft. The current edition was published in 2008, and is now available as a Kindle eBook - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004TGUCD6/(or search your local Kindle store).
Extracts from reviews:
"Fascinating stuff. Definitely a book worth getting if you’re at all interested in Thelema and Wicca.” Rodney Orpheus (Author of Abrahadabra: Aleister Crowley’s Thelemic Magick)
"... the New Forest coven, which some die-hard skeptics refuse to believe ever existed, was not a figment of Gardner’s imagination and that he did not just cobble together the rites of Wicca from books. Personally, I would go along with d’Este and Rankine. Highly recommended” Michael Howard (Editor of The Cauldron, and author of MODERN WICCA)
"Long awaited, and sorely needed in both the academic and Pagan community… Wicca Magickal Beginnings is, in one word, brilliant. In another word it is ‘orgasmic’ for the academic in me, ‘scintillating’ for the Pagan in me, and ‘un-put-downable’ (okay, so it’s technically not a word…) for the avid reader in me. " Kim Huggens (Author of SOL INVICTUS and editor of 'Vs.')
"By emphasising the link to ceremonial magick, the authors actually reinforce Wicca’s connection to original European witchcraft… “Magickal Beginnings” pulls together all the subjects that will interest wiccans, but which are usually too diverse to be found in one place… a vital part of many wiccans’ bookshelves.” Stephen Blake (The Apple Branch)
"This is an excellent book, set to become a classic that will be found on every Wiccan’s bookshelf, alongside The Triumph of the Moon.. and Gerald Gardner and the Cauldron of Inspiration." Vogelbere
"this is an exceptional book of references and one which I was hard pressed to find fault with. The material here will spark some interesting discussions, to say the least." Boudica (TWPT.com)
With something of interest for both the newcomer and the scholar Wicca:Magickal Beginnings should find a place in any serious collection.” Pagan Dawn Magazine, Pagan Federation

The Elephant Prayer...
Ancient Dreamer,
I call on your power.
Grant me a measure
Of your gentle strength.
Lead me to patience and confidence.
Remove unneeded obstacles from my path
And help me overcome those that remain
With intelligent grace.
Teach me more of loyalty and royalty,
Acting always with compassion,
Especially in those moments when I must be a warrior.
Help me remember to honor the elders
And nurture the young,
To use my own keen discernment,
And to commit once decided,
Using the full weight of my strength
To accomplish my dreams.
Elephant, Please,
Walk with me.

20 Coping tips for Empaths
Being an empath can be physically and emotionally draining. Many people are unaware that they’re an empath and do not know how to cope with this ability.
1. Firstly, you should start to develop your "Shield Body", this is your protection bubble around your physical body (everyone and everything is energy and what you think you create).
There is a layer of your aura that is devoted to your interface with your environment. Its shape and condition indicate your relationship to your world. People who are empaths often have a "thin skin" in relation to their shield body. When it has holes in it, we are more easily influenced by our environment.
2. Visualize your Shield Body
Visualize a shield of energy around your physical body. See it as being radiant and complete. You may see it as a particular color. Some people like to see it as white or gold. Decide what color would work well for you, and see it that way. Imagine the shield body as flowing and moving, not static. We are developing a shield here, not armor. It is good for it to be flexible, so you can let in what serves you, and keep out what doesn't. Snap your fingers to hold it in place. Do this exercise regularly.
3. Center of Being
Once you have the shield body in place, imagine that there is a spark in the center of your being that is your pure essence. Focus your attention on the spark, bring all your senses to bear. Also be aware of your sensations, emotions and thoughts.
First try this when you are alone, and then, after a time, practice it around others. See if you can switch your awareness from your environment to your self, and back again. Notice the difference between the two.
4. Don't Take On Responsibilities That Aren't Yours
A person can get so used to care taking that they can feel as though they are supposed to do it. You are not. It is good to be as compassionate as possible without going beyond the limits of what you need to do to maintain your health and sanity. You are responsible up to that line, and not beyond it.
If you are an empath, your idea of where the line is might be a bit fuzzy. Once you get to know where the line is, your perception will change so stick with it. It will make all your relationships clearer and cleaner. Embracing your Dark & Light side without harming non ~ Empaths are often outwardly kind and caring. They usually get the benefit of everyone thinking that they are almost saintly sometimes.
It is easy to get attached to being the "nice guy." It is not easy dealing with people's negative emotions, but care-taking of others does not ultimately serve them or you. It does not help them to protect them from their feelings. It keeps them from growing up. Besides, it's not real. It's much better to live in reality than a padded reality.
Yes, they may get angry or sad at you or with you if you don't do what they want you to do but people who control or manipulate are not centered themselves & feel they have no control, so they project this at us. But it is important to remember that their feelings are not your feelings, and your well-being is not dependent on their well being.
5. Develop & Open the Chakras
When you feel you have mastered the Root, Throat & Third Eye chakras you can go on to the other four - Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart and Crown Chakras, but remember baby steps, one of the great quotes at Delphi in Greece - "Variety is the spice of life, Nothing in excess." hence Balance.
Some exercises that help to enhance the chakras are:
6. Develop Your Root Chakra
The root chakra helps us to deal with being fully in the world. When the root chakra is open, we are fully grounded and present with whatever is coming our way. When it is not open, we can be dis~ associative, fearful, and have difficulty staying present with what is going on. Opening and healing the root chakra helps us to release the fears that keep us from our highest manifestation within form.
7. Visualisation
Imagine you are sending roots down into the earth from your base. Imagine you can breathe in and out of your root center. On the inhale, breathe in energy from the earth. On the exhale, release any thing that is within you that does not serve you out of the root center and into the earth. Or on a Beach feel your feet on the sand for grounding & breath with the waves coming in & going out.
Some healing stones that you might find helpful are: obsidian, obsidian snow flake, hematite red jasper & Kansas pop rocks. (provide good grounding of high energy states. these crystals are used for balancing and cleansing; removing blockages and to aid in healing.)
8. Smudging And Clearing Regularly
Whether you are having difficulty with your empathic abilities or not, it is a good idea to smudge yourself regularly to release other people's energy and influence from your energy body. Smudging is a way to clear your energy by waving incense around your body. Sage, copal, frankincense, Nag Champa and Palo Santo are all recommended. Other good clearing methods are: showering, bathing and spending time in solitude at home, in garden or in nature.
For your home - open the curtains & windows for a while each day, sweeping, dusting, hoovering, shaking & patting things off change the energy of your surroundings. Plants, crystals / geodes, spray aromatherapy oils or crystal mixed water, incense & or candles, your choice, if left stagnant affects your living space.
9. Take a Clary Sage Bath
This is one of the single most effective things you can do to clear all that emotional funk away. And I do mean bath – a shower doesn’t permeate in the same manner. (Candles optional but not a necessity), just a nice hot bath and some privacy. Give it a good 15 minutes and you will feel much, much better. I recommend it before going to bed, as you can carry all that chaos & baggage through your sleep and still wake up with it, otherwise.
If you can't find sage or Lavender bubble bath, it's ok, I just really love the sage & Lavender they are very purifying as are natural Bath Salts/ sea salt or Radox. you can take a shower or rinse your body of with jugs of water after the bath & visualize the chaos & baggage of the day washing away down the plug hole. Also spiritually you can visualize being purified by waterfalls.
10. Feeding Your Root Chakra - Grounding
Root vegetables: carrots, potatoes, parsnips, radishes, beets, onions, garlic, etc.
Protein-rich foods: eggs, meats, beans, tofu, soy products, peanut butter
Spices: horseradish, hot paprika, chives, cayenne, pepper
11. Physical but not competitive exercise
- Tai Chi
- Qigong
- Walking Meditation
- Yoga
- Chanting
- Visualization
- Dancing
Find the decompressing routine that uplifts you most and make it a part of your lifetime routine.
12. Develop Your Throat Chakra
Sometimes an empath will know what they need to say or do to make good boundaries, but have a hard time following through in expressing it. The throat chakra is the center for the expression of personal truth. Through the opening of the throat chakra, we open ourselves to expressing our true needs and feelings, as well as expressing the creative force as it moves through us.
Some good exercises for opening the throat chakra are singing and chanting, sharing your feelings and thoughts with trusted friends friends who lift you, and meditating on the throat chakra. Some healing stones that help with the throat chakra are: lapis lazuli, turquoise, chrysacolla,amazonite, and blue lace agate. You can meditate with them, put them in a medicine bag, or wear jewellery (particularly necklaces).
13. Feeding Your Throat Chakra - Speaking One's Truth
Liquids in general: water, fruit juices, herbal teas
Tart or tangy fruits: lemons, limes, grapefruit, kiwi
Other tree growing fruits: apples, pears, plums, peaches, apricots, etc.
Spices: salt, lemon grass
14. Develop Third Eye Chakra
For messages that come in Dreams, Visions and in meditation with Amethyst, Quartz or Lapis Lazuli under your pillow, on your third eye or hold in your hands. What you see will be personal to you so it could start with colours, shapes, patterns, symbols, music or full blown visions. Keep a journal of your experiences even if it doesn't make sense at the time, later you will notice synchronicities happening in waking moments & in life. Useful Incense: Nag Champa, Frankincense, Lavender and Vanilla.
15. Support brain health
The third eye sits in the middle of your forehead between your eyebrows… right where your brain and pineal gland sit, also known as seat of the soul.
Support healthy brain function and you automatically support your third eye chakra
Get lots of Vitamin D, bathe in sunshine each day for 15 mins, even cloudy daylight is better than no exposure to the natural rhythm of day and night, healthy fats in the diet, coconut oil, antioxidants such as red wine / red grape juice (2 glasses a day), tea/coffee (no more than 3 cups a day) and chocolate! Also, seed & fish oil are all fabulous ways to boost brain health.
16. Feeding Your Third Eye/Brow Chakra - Awakening Third Eye Senses
Dark bluish colored fruits: blueberries, red grapes, black berries, raspberries, etc.;
Liquids: red wines and grape juice;
Spices: lavender, hemp seeds, poppy seed, mugwort;
When your third eye is open and receptive, you can reap the many benefits of a strong 6th chakra, which can include:
- Intuitive knowings;
- Strong memory skills;
- Empathetic connections;
- Deep wisdom and ability to find meaning in life events;
- Open mindedness;
- Perceptive;
- Imaginative;
- Powerful dreams;
- Mental stamina and easy meditative states;
Solitude
Intuitive people tend to be quite empathetic, picking up on the energy of others, and so they can find crowds, smells, sensations, social interactions and public places overstimulating.
17. Honor your need to go within to recharge - there is nothing wrong with supporting your health by taking lots of down time in between work or social engagements. Get out in nature, even the garden is just as good, you could create a sanctuary with statues, garden ornaments, wind chimes wooden or metal, flowers & plants you are drawn too, rocks & shells you have collected.
18. Read lots of books, or meditate, listen to music you feel drawn to happy or sad as frequency healing is proven to be very therapeutic for your emotions, say no to social engagements that totally drain you and/or be sure to leave when you feel you have reached your fill… light candles, incense, use smudge sticks to clear out old energy from your living spaces… be aware of background noises that drain you (turning off a TV or radio that plays in the constantly in the background often has a noticeably positive impact on an empath)... unplug / switch off the phone.
19. Take the time to sit with your emotions and open to your own wisdom.
Emotional tracking! Support from others is wonderful and can be life-changing… but ultimately you need to connect with your own inner knowing in order to make that meaningful outlook last. Take all the time you need each day for solitude. This is not passive time… solitude is fortifying and strengthening to your third eye.
20. Breathe
Wherever you are, stop what you’re doing for 5 minutes and just breathe. You should be inhaling through the nose and from the diaphragm. Slowly. And then you should be exhaling slowly, through the lips – don’t just open your mouth and blow it all out. Pretend you’re blowing on a cup of hot tea or coffee; that’s the kind of blowing you want. Slow and steady. Imagine that each time you inhale you are drawing all that chaos & baggage up to the surface, and then expelling it when you exhale. If you practice, that will be precisely what you learn to do, eventually. Do not overdo it initially – deep breathing can release all kinds of emotional junk you weren’t previously cognizant or mindful of and that will just make you feel worse, really, really worse! Remember baby steps, take it slow until you’re more skilled at it. A few deep breaths is enough when you’re just learning.
Use these steps to help bring you back to Awareness of Self.
Blessings

Dark bluish colored fruits: blueberries, red grapes, black berries, raspberries, etc.;
Liquids: red wines and grape juice;
Spices: lavender, hemp seeds, poppy seed, mugwort;
When your third eye is open and receptive, you can reap the many benefits of a strong 6th chakra, which can include:
- Intuitive knowings;
- Strong memory skills;
- Empathetic connections;
- Deep wisdom and ability to find meaning in life events;
- Open mindedness;
- Perceptive;
- Imaginative;
- Powerful dreams;
- Mental stamina and easy meditative states;
Blessings

Ragnarok – the Viking Apocalypse – predicted for 22 February 2014
Experts are predicting the end of the world will take place on 22 February 2014, coinciding with the grand finale of the 30th JORVIK Viking Festival in the city of York.
‘Traditionally, the Viking festival of Jolablot marked the end of the winter - if this winter truly does not end, then that feast may be given over to Ragnarok instead,’comments Danielle Daglan director of the JORVIK Viking Festival.
The Jorvik Viking Centre predicted that Ragnarok would occur on 22 February because this is the end of the feast of Jolablot.
“Ragnarok is the ultimate landmark in Viking mythology, when the gods fall and die, so this really is an event that should not be underestimated,” “In the last couple of years, we’ve had predictions of the Mayan apocalypse, which passed without incident, and numerous other dates where the end of the world has been pencilled in by seers, fortune tellers and visionaries, but the sound of the horn is possibly the best indicator yet that the Viking version of the end of the world really will happen on 22 February” Source : JORVIK Viking Centre.rem - it's the end of the world as we know it

Exhale; close your eyes. Notice your body and any tightness, stress, pain, heaviness, whether you’re cold or hot. Simply take note of it in your mind. Put your chin down toward your chest, close your eyes, and pretend that you can see through your chest and that you discover a beautiful butterfly of white light. Then see this butterfly flying down through your chest, down through your legs, ever so gracefully out the bottom of your feet, making a huge tunnel of white light behind it, traveling to what you perceive is the center of the earth. You have followed this butterfly all the way here. Notice that there is a beautiful crystal clear blue pool of water here that you can see yourself in. You now imagine the butterfly diving into the pool. You immediately follow her, and while doing so you feel all the grunge, debris, and heaviness fall from you, going deeper and deeper into the crystal clear pool. Notice how you can breathe in this pool of water; there is no struggle or effort here. Pause and enjoy the moment. Then follow the butterfly back up the tunnel of white light, back up into the bottom of your feet, up through your chest. Feel your body expanding, feel your shoulders relaxing. Continue following this butterfly up and down this tunnel of light and into the pool for at least three breaths, exhaling on the way down and inhaling on the way up. Slow and methodical. Please continue this for three inhalations and three exhalations. Now, notice how your body feels. You should feel more bottom-heavy, more “together,” and more quiet or calm.

"All books have a moment of conception, and this book was born out of a discussion on the origins of the Wiccan Tradition as known today, with some of our students in late 2001. Whilst debating the possible starting point of this magickal tradition, we realised that all the evidence being presented was focused on the people who were the early public face of the tradition and their contemporaries. Yet this is a tradition which is also called a ‘Craft’ and which is an experiential tradition where personal experience is paramount for the understanding of the practices and beliefs. So why were we debating the origins of the tradition in terms of who said or did what?" d'Este & Rankine, Wicca Magickal Beginnings (2008)

Always think before you speak.
The Buddhist philosopher, Nagarjuna, stated, “Those who speak with discretion are respected by mankind.” So according to Nagarjuna, discretion in your speech is the key to being respected by others. This means that you have to give some thought to your words before you allow them to come out of your mouth. Think about what you are going to say, how it will be received by those who are listening to you, even those that you may not be aware are listening, and your purpose in speaking, all before you start talking.
It is not necessary or advantageous to give your opinion about everything to everyone. It is not your job to be a form of cheap entertainment for those around you. This is a trap that is very easy to fall into and is the downfall of many people. While it is certainly okay to chat with your buddies or other people about meaningless things in order to be affable, you should be careful of your conversation even on such relaxed occasions. It is all too easy to get carried away with your conversation and express opinions which can be offensive and used against you at a later time. Be genial and social, but at the same time be aware and thoughtful concerning your private beliefs.
Even if you are talking to people who you consider harmless and well-intentioned, you never know how your words will be taken or to whom they will be repeated. It is always good policy to carefully monitor your speech, even when chatting with friends. Francesco Guicciardini stated, “Unless you are forced by necessity, be careful in your conversations never to say anything which, if repeated, might displease others. For often, at times and in ways you could never foresee, those words may do you great harm. In this matter, I warn you, be very careful. Even prudent men go wrong here, and it is difficult not to.”
Confucius also taught the importance of watching what you say. He pointed out, “For one word a man is often deemed to be wise, and for one word he is often deemed to be foolish. We should be careful indeed of what we say.” You will notice that neither Confucius nor Guicciardini made an exception concerning when you are talking to friends or enemies, or when you are talking in private or in public. They simply warned us to be very careful when it comes to your speech. Bohdi Sanders ~ author of the award-winning, best-seller, Modern Bushido: Living a Life of Excellence

Celtic Shield Knot
The Celtic shield knot is used for warding and protection. Shield knots have appeared in cultures around the world and have taken a variety of different forms. They are almost universally square in shape, and the knotwork of the design ranges from simple to complex. In the Celtic version, a series of knots is formed. In other cultures, such as the early Mesopotamian era, the shield is simply a square with a loop at each of the four corners.
Fans of Celtic artwork occasionally get variations of this piece as tattoos or wear them as talismans of protection. In modern Celtic reconstructionist groups, the shield knot is sometimes invoked as a ward to keep negative energy away. In some traditions, the corners of the knot are meant to represent the four elements of earth, air, fire and water, although it's important to note that Celtic spirituality is usually based upon the three realms of earth, sea and sky. -Apollo

What a concept.
"In 2005, Utah figured out that the annual cost of E.R. visits and jail stays for homeless people was about $16,670 per person, compared to $11,000 to provide each homeless person with an apartment and a social worker. So, the state began giving away apartments, with no strings attached. Each participant in Utah’s Housing First program also gets a caseworker to help them become self-sufficient, but they keep the apartment even if they fail. The program has been so successful that other states are hoping to achieve similar results with programs modeled on Utah’s."

Native American culture respected the earth. Respected one another's sovereignty as a fellow being in harmony with nature. It's no coincidence they were murdered and their very culture(s) driven to obscurity, the banksters wanted what they had... a beautiful unspoiled land full of natural resources. .. and they got it. In fact if you study real history you will find the same families getting it over and over and the people . . . OH! Squirrel!

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH
It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily..
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.
This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks:
• Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
• Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
• You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
• Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
• 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
• Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...
