The ability to give and share time with others, is a wonderful gift. But not at your own expence or your loved ones…
There`s a difference between giring of yourself and giving up yourself.
The ability to give and share time with others, is a wonderful gift. But not at your own expence or your loved ones…
There`s a difference between giring of yourself and giving up yourself.
If you start to feel tired, angry or feeling
resentment, while helping others.
Take a step back. You`re only going to make
tings worse, not only for yourself but also for the persons you are trying to
help.
And you`ll end up feeling guilty.
Nobody thanks you when there`s hardly anything
left of you.
You need to take care of yourself, trust
yourself, love yourself and learn how to say NO!
You need to accept that you have boundaries.
Learn to know them! And a long the way, others will learn to respect your
boundaries as they learn to respect their own.
Next time you`ll know how much you`re able to
put on.
And that is the way it is supposed to be! And
don`t be afraid to ask for help! Help is always near when you need it. You just
have to ask and the Universe will respond.
